Fly Tying: July and August Program

There will be no separate beginner fly tying class for July and August, giving an opportunity for Martyn and myself to take a break, and perhaps catch the fish of a lifetime. Our next beginner fly tying class will be held on September 16th.

Before concluding, I want to recognize and give thanks to those who attended our June 17th beginner class. It was very gratifying to be able to help 13 fly tiers learn to tie two terrestrial fly patterns.* On behalf of Martyn Holland and myself, we look forward to continuing to offer basic fly tying instruction to our club membership in the coming months.

This month’s advanced tying session features flies that can be tied by all levels, so please join us for that session.
