When weather conditions are bad and schools are closed on the day of our regularly scheduled monthly meeting, there will be no meeting. Please be sure the membership chairperson has a contact number in case the meeting is cancelled for other reasons. This policy complies with county public school closing. As such it applies basically to the monthly club meetings held at Tuscarora High School. Decisions regarding cancelling of monthly fly tying sessions and roundtables will be made by the roundtable coordinator and dependent on whether the church parking lot has been plowed and the facility is accessible.
