It has been a very busy and productive last couple of months for the Project Healing Waters Frederick Chapter! With everyone working hard to continue to get the word out about the program and our onsite Fly Tying demonstrations at Ft. Detrick, we were able to add to our group with several new veterans. We had 5 participants at our December Meeting. Among the new veterans was Lefty Kreh’s grandson-in-law, who had been a bait fisherman up to this point and is now looking forward to learning to fly fish!
In the coming weeks we will be looking to hold more Fly Tying demonstrations at Ft. Detrick and may be looking for volunteers.

Our next PHW Meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 22nd at 7:00 PM in Room 207 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 703 West Patrick Street in Frederick.
