Please be aware that when inclement weather conditions occur and Schools are closed on the day of our regularly scheduled monthly meeting, there will be no meeting. This also applies if schools cancel their evening activities so while school may be open for that day, if bad weather is forecast for that evening, they may close the schools to evening activities.
Please be sure the Membership Chairperson has a contact number in case the meeting is cancelled for other reasons. This policy complies with Frederick County Public School closings. As such it applies basically to the monthly club meetings held at Tuscarora High School. Decisions regarding cancellation of monthly fly tying sessions and roundtables will be made by the roundtable coordinator and dependent on whether the church parking lot has been plowed and the facility is accessible.
